Beattie Service Maintains and Services any The manufacturer warranties for Heatpumps are usually for 5 years and covers breakdown of the indoor or outdoor unit in it's normal operation. Manufacturer warranties do not include the electrical or refigeration pipework to and from the units. If you had your Heatpump installed by the Beattie Group we offer a 1 year warranty on any other work that was completed by us, outside of the manufacturer's warranty.
If the breakdown is covered by the manufacturers warranty, you do not have to outlay any monies; you do not have to chase the manufacturer for reimbursement. We will deal with all of the paper work for you, so you do not have to do a thing.
